Applications

CEWELD® Powder 625 is suitable for the restoration and repair of superalloy components. It is also recommended for coatings that must protect less noble materials from oxidation. It is designed for the repair of wornout or fitting components made of Inconel 713C, Inconel 625, or similar substrates.

Typical Application: Restoration and repair of superalloy components in power generation and aerospace. Reclaiming worn surfaces on gas turbine parts (e.g., Inconel 713C, Inconel 625 substrates). Protective coatings / cladding on carbon and low-alloy steels in chemical processing, marine environments, and oil & gas equipment.
